Pricing & Service Models

I believe in transparent, straightforward billing. Depending on the size and nature of your project, we can work together in one of three ways:

  1. Fixed Price (Flat Rate) Best for projects with a clearly defined scope. We map out every detail in advance and commit to a set price for the entire project, providing you with total budget certainty.

  2. Design-to-Budget (Reverse-Engineered) Tell us your total budget, and we will work backward to determine the best materials, design, and level of service we can provide to meet that number without going over.

  3. Hourly Rate Ideal for smaller tasks, maintenance, or evolving projects.

  • Projects under 80 hours: $60 / hour

  • Projects over 80 hours: negotiable

  • Minimum project cost: $480 (8 hours)

Please note: 5% GST applies to all project costs.
